Big open space, some parking lot curbs, and 3 ledges. The line potential is very strong here.
It would be safe to say its skateable after 5ish on weekdays when school is still in session, but weekends are always open! Summer school happens, but I think that is usually over around noon. Otherwise its fair game all summer long!
Use judgement when skating here. Its a school. If there is a number of cars in the parking lot, schools probably going on. If there is an event going on, probably best to avoid it. If recess is happening... Ya know, don't skate it?
Respect the spot and it will be available forever. Don't be a ding-dong!
